Hooves Of Promise is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, training and placement of horses in need . Whether that be horses who are starving and neglected, abused and unwanted, or horses who find themselves in a kill pen with a one way ticket to a slaughter house . 

       We aspire to bring the emotional support and financial resources of our community together and bond multiple communities to maximize the potential well-being of the horses which have given so much to us as individuals, families, and cultural identity.
